RKE was founded in 2010, and our factory is fully equipped with metal processing equipment for manufacturing the high-precision components of our automated optical inspection machines and AOI machines. We utilise advanced CNC lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, and more to efficiently process and ensure the quality and performance of each inspection machine.

With over ten years of expertise in automated optical inspection machines and AOI machine production, RKE now has more than 40 software and mechanical engineers who develop customised operating systems and non-standard inspection solutions tailored to customer needs. We have successfully delivered bespoke AOI machines and inspection systems to industry leaders such as Foxconn, BYD, and Samsung.

RKE has earned ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification and adheres to all relevant standards during the manufacturing process. Every machine is tested repeatedly to ensure stability and accuracy. According to the designed specifications, we repeatedly test all of the cameras, light sources, and lenses to ensure the final product performs with high-level precision. From contract negotiation to component processing, machine assembly, and final product testing and delivery, RKE maintains a set of management standards.
