We utilise advanced technologies, including cameras, lasers, and spectroscopy, in our machines. These machines inspect and sort products based on their size and appearance. They work with many items. These include fasteners, hardware parts, mobile phone parts, automotive fasteners, rubber parts, plastic components, and aircraft fasteners.

RKE has provided a variety of custom optical sorting machines for clients over the years, with many different specifications.
Some of these machines include our automated screw optical sorting machine, screw/nut/electronic optical sorting machine, hardware/roller/shaft optical sorter, threaded fastener vision inspection and sorting machine, and non-ferrous metal products sorting machine.

RKE was established in 2010. Our factory is equipped with all the necessary metal processing equipment to produce high-precision parts for our optical sorting machines.

We utilise a CNC lathe, centre lathe, milling machine, grinding machine, and additional equipment. This helps us process our products quickly and efficiently. These machines guarantee not only efficiency but also the overall quality of the inspection machines.

RKE has over ten years of experience in designing and manufacturing inspection machines. They now have more than 40 engineers. These engineers work in both software and mechanical fields.

They can create custom operating systems and software. They also design and build special inspection machines tailored to customers’ specific needs. To date, we have provided customised inspection machines to major manufacturers such as Foxconn, BYD, and Samsung.

RKE has earned ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification and adheres to all relevant standards during the manufacturing process. Engineers test every machine repeatedly to ensure stability and accuracy. We test all cameras, light sources, and lenses many times. This provides the final product works with high precision.

RKE adheres to management standards, from contract negotiation to component processing. This includes machine assembly and testing the final product before delivery.
