Each of our inspection and sorting machines needs strong teamwork and several steps. We have a skilled staff that designs, manufactures, and tests parts and equipment. They create reliable machines that customers can trust for their production lines.

This workshop is used to manufacture optical inspection machines. It is equipped with 4 CNC lathes, 1 center lathe, 7 millers, 4 WEDM-HS machines and 1 grinder. We have 25 professional workers and 16 assembly operators.

After the optical inspection and sorting machine is assembled, it will be tested repeatedly by one of our 15 testers before its delivery. According to the designed specifications, cameras, light sources and lenses will be tested and adjusted repeatedly to ensure its stability to perfectly fit the actual needs of customers.
