We developed AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and AVI (Automated Visual Inspection) tools to inspect all six sides of the product. These advances greatly enhanced our work in the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) and passive component areas. Customers widely recognise these achievements. Our AOI and AVI systems now inspect with an accuracy of 5μm. Meanwhile, our six-sided inspection machine operates at a speed of 11,000 pieces per minute. This shows we are a reliable partner in the industry. With years of experience in visual inspection, we are moving into more advanced, high-precision sectors. Currently, our primary focus is on PCBs and semiconductor/passive components.

During the global pandemic, the company redirected its focus inward and established a new, smart factory. We continued to develop high-tech equipment, including PCB AOI/AVI optical inspection systems.

Our AI software's market share grew significantly. AI integration in our equipment hit 20%. We also expanded our presence by opening new offices in Chongqing and Xiamen.

We have successfully established a cutting-edge smart unmanned factory and developed advanced AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) systems. Moreover, we have created innovative AI software, industrial mobile internet solutions, and robust cloud-based big data solutions. We also set up the RKE Research Institute, attracting over 40 high-tech R&D staff.

We developed laser inspection equipment and eddy current testing devices. This led to mass production. These systems were adopted in the mobile phone, automotive, and aerospace industries.

The sheet metal division was set up. This led to partnerships with key local manufacturers, including China CRRC and China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation.

We created smart glass cleaning machines and automated glue dispensers. This expanded the use of our inspection equipment into more industries.

In June, we relocated to a new 10,000-square-foot factory and officially registered the RKE brand. Several inventions and utility patents were filed.

We created the U-groove optical sorting machine and the laser & optical sorting machine. We also successfully filed for patent protection for our inventions.

We moved to a new factory. Our sorting equipment now captures 65% of the domestic mobile phone market share. We also established offices in Kunshan and Ningbo.

RKE Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. was officially registered, and we launched our optical image sorting equipment widely.
