The CCD2 is a vertical top-view camera. Technicians use it to inspect the inner diameter, outer diameter, and other essential features of each O-ring. Engineers add a CCD3 vertical top-view camera to inspect for appearance defects, such as burrs and missing material. This advanced multi-camera configuration ensures thorough, accurate, and reliable inspection of O-rings for dimensional conformity and surface quality.
