The optical sorting inspection screen comes equipped with three industrial CCD cameras. The CCD1 is a head-up camera used to inspect the multi-segment height and outer diameter of the products. The CCD2 is a vertical bottom-view camera used to examine the cross slot or flat slot on the head of the product. The Screw Optical Sorting Machine can be equipped with 1 to 4 CCD cameras. This helps detect thread damage and other defects.

These industrial CCD cameras provide a full 360-degree view of the product. This ensures accurate and efficient inspection of screws. They check for size, surface quality, and head slot integrity.
