Warranty Notice
- We provide one year free warranty for normal operating conditions. The warranty does not cover man-made damage or damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters. Within the warranty period, we offer free replacement for defective parts of our products.
- For damage caused by incorrect use or abnormal use such as man-made damage, high temperature, high voltage, we offer paid repair according to the equipment damage.
- For situations in which products have been dismantled or assembled without our permission, we do not offer repairs.
Training Content
- We provide training for machine operation, adjustment and maintenance.
- We offer training for operation and configuration of the inspection and sorting software (including inspecting different types of parts and defects)
- Training duration: 3-5 days (depending on the abilities and learning results of the trainees.)
